RETURN WINDOW
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

RETURN REASONS & SHIPPING COSTS

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- We will cover the full return shipping cost
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no charge

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email support@haivelle.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
